Semi and fully automatic bagging/stitching system for paper bags, for efficient packaging of potatoes, onions or other products in 1 kg to 25 kg paper bags either with or without handles.
Packs between 450 and 900 bags per hour are possible with bags sealed by a sewing machine. A powerful vacuum pump ensures optimum opening and minimum use of compressed air.
The Paperbagger features a bag magazine with a 250-bag capacity, which can be continuously fed. It synchronizes seamlessly with various weighers and switching/changing from one size of bag to another is simply carried out by setting the computer. The computerised control also makes it possible to control troubleshooting and register number of bags packed, Kg’s packed and working hours.
